Said to be thrilling and seductive, this new series from Throne of Glass author Sarah J Maas, blends Beauty and the Beast with faerie love.
When Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Feyre is dragged to a treacherous land filled with magic and one that she only knows from the horrific legends. She soon discovers that her captor is not a animal, but a faerie named Tamlin who once rule their world. Feyre's feelings for Tamlin soon transform from icy hostility to a fiery passion. Now everything Feyre thought she knew about the Fae world seems to be a lie. But a dark shadow grows over the faerie lands, and she must find a way to stop it or doom Tamlin and the Faerie world forever.
Writing ~ TBA
I loved Sarah's character development, world building, and series development in Throne of Glass. So I am expecting similar habits in this book, although the plot will be much different than Throne of Glass.
I have been searching for a fantasy series with a strong female protagonist, sexy bad boy, and action-packed plot that is targeted towards a more adult audience. I feel like Sarah wrote this specifically to my tastes! The release date cannot come fast enough!
